      When I read a book I get an excellent reading,


the book tells about thinking big. Because with thinking big will always give results in a way;

      Concentrate on your strengths because you are better than you thought.


      Use the vocabulary to think big with big words, bright, cheerful use words that promise victory, hope, happiness, pleasure avoid words that create unpleasant images of failure, defeat, and sadness.

      Expand your vision. See what the possibilities, not just what is, practice adding value to the objects, in people, and to myself.

     
Get great views on your work. Think, really think that your current job is really important. That next promotion depends mainly on how you think about your current job.

       Do not think about trivial things. Focus your attention on a large target. Before engaging in small matters, ask yourself, "if this is true - really important? "

Mental Attitude Entrepreneur

     I've read posts from Famega Syavira Putri. She tells of Sandiaga Saratoga Group founder and Recapital Sandiaga Uno told the secret success. Many people who try to become an entrepreneur, not everything worked.


     Young entrepreneur who
is also the richest man in Indonesia is number 27 emphasizes that mental attitude is the main capital for prospective entrepreneurs. This mental attitude must be owned by entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs who want to succeed. 
     First, an entrepreneur must have a mindset like entrepreneurs. "They must have a paradigm of positive and optimistic," said Sandiaga Yahoo! when met at his office, 26 April.
     Sandiaga themselves begin self-employment after being fired from the company where she works in 1997. To start a business, capital is not considered important by Sandiaga. Taboo for him to say "I want to start trying but no capital. "
     "The key is willingness. As soon as the will exists, there must be courage," he said. Courage will become the most important capital to support the idea, plan for success, networking capabilities and confidence of business colleagues.

     With a solid business summary, the Sandiaga believe, not the entrepreneurs who will seek capital but the capital that will be approached. When started his business, Sandiaga acknowledge that it is very difficult to establish the business. Once during the six months he did not get any one client. "It's hard to gain the trust of investors," he said.
     An employer also must change the paradigm, no longer a dependent of the employee monthly salary. Conditions ensured that make employees do not like taking risks. In fact, an entrepreneur must have the courage to take risks.
      "Employers ups and downs because business is risky," he said. Sandiaga stressed that success was never instant. Success can only be achieved with hard work and never give up.

     From writing the above I conclude to be an entrepreneur must have the determination, hard work and never be afraid to fail or do not give up.
