Trying and Allow Ease

Usually we feel motivated when there is a challenge to do something new. When the boss in the office gives you a challenging new task, you feel moved to seek ideas and solutions to resolve. But when you find the bottlenecks often arise pessimism and motivation tends to fall.

Surely we've all experienced the ups and downs of motivation. When the spirit is present, it seems whatever we can do. But often we can not escape the negative emotions when confronted with mental problems that make us go down.

We want to do is not try very hard to stay motivated. The first reason, quite simply, because it is hard to do. Secondly, we want to understand what really makes us go down and show the mental attitude to not dissolve into it.

Changing Attitudes

Our lives are full of dynamism. We work, have families, and friends. Our emotions in everyday life may go up and down, so does the motivation. Living with a motivation that does not mean always have to think positive every time. There are times when we want to allow ourselves to be "unmotivated" and paused as he realized what really makes our motivation down.

Perhaps what I write here is somewhat different with the common view about motivation. I personally believe that the effort to stay motivated only make yourself tired. Stop trying and allow yourself to receive. In the reception you realize again that's just what your goals and determine what the best attitude you show.

Set the Rhythm

In the dynamics of life that you want to do is set the rhythm so you can accept success, failure, ease and difficulty as is without any assessment. In everyday practice, you can set the rhythm to manage working time, rest and play. Allow yourself to forget activity routine and doing something you really like. This will make your body relaxed and motivated to work.

Set also allow your emotions to positive and negative feelings in your life together. Just like you let the day and night turns. There is no one better than others. Both are part of your life. When negative emotions are present, allow and accept it as part of your life. Thus you take control of your life and you can easily let go of negative emotions is to go.

In conclusion, to keep motivation alive begins by accepting the dynamics of what is and determine the best manner that brings benefits to the achievement of your goals. No need to try hard, just set the rhythm and flexible to all possibilities.
